Essence currently ships within the United States only.

Orders are processed and delivered within 12–15 business days.

Items may ship separately depending on availability.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or have the shipping address changed.

If an order is marked as delivered but not received, customers should first:

• Check with neighbors or household members
